General Provisions

As used in this agreement, “ENCHANTED,” “ENCHANTED VIP”, http://www.enchanted.vip/, “company,” “event promoter”, and “website” refers to ENCHANTED VIP Co., Ltd or any of its affiliates (including venues).

“Customer,” “service user,” “purchaser,” “online members,” “registered members,” “buyer,” “buyer(s)”, “himself/herself,” and “attendee” refers to the website user.

(Please note that a Ticket Purchase Disclaimer is included within these terms and conditions).

  1. General Agreement

ENCHANTED VIP Co., Ltd provides a secure internet website (from now on called “website”) to provide information on events, artists, ticket reservations and ticket purchasing for its customers. The use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The user should, therefore, thoroughly familiarise with the terms and conditions of this agreement. The user accepts and agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions by entering this website.

  1. Duties and responsibilities of the User

  • 2.1 The company reserves the right to allow only users who are registered members or provide required fields* to make ticket reservations or purchase tickets.
    • 2.12 Tickets will be redeemed, via a QR code scan, once only at the venue door, in exchange for a wristband to gain access to the event. Once scanned, the ticket is deemed to be “used.” It cannot be reused.
    • 2.13 Wristbands must be worn for the duration of the event. Wristbands are non-transferable. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and not replaced. New wristbands can be purchased, subject to venue capacity, at the “door ticket” price.
  • 2.2 The user must provide current, accurate, and complete personal information when making ticket reservations or purchases.
  • 2.3 The user agrees to change and update personal information specified in 2.2 to ensure that they are correct and current.
  • 2.4 The user agrees to take full responsibility for the protection and integrity of the ticket.
  • 2.5 The user agrees to keep any submitted data confidential.
  • 2.6 If the user exercises the rights in such a way that causes damage to other users, the user agrees to be liable for such damage.
  • 2.7 Users younger than 20 are prohibited from purchasing tickets or making reservations for themselves or on behalf of others. Ticket holders must present valid government ID at the venue as proof of age or will be refused admission.
  • 2.8 The user agrees that all tickets must not be resold, exchanged, offered for sale for profit, or used for any commercial purposes without the company’s explicit written consent.
  • 2.9 The user agrees that the ticket cannot be exchanged for gifts or monetary compensation, including promotional credits.
  • 2.10 The user agrees that the ticket can only be used for entry and only includes, with limitations, food and beverage, if stipulated.
  • 2.11 The user agrees that late arrivals after the written time on the ticket may be denied entry by the company or venue.

  1. Limitation of Liability

  • 3.1 Content. Although the company regularly conducts review(s) on the contents and consistency of the website, the company cannot assure that those contents shall always be correct, complete, or up to date. The company, therefore, will not take any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for errors & omissions.
  • 3.2 Responsibility for Events and Services. The user acknowledges that the company is not responsible for any damage, directly or indirectly, caused to any user.
  • 3.3 Service System E&O. The user acknowledges that the company, despite its best efforts, cannot always ensure usage free from error, interruptions or emissions. The user agrees that the company cannot assure that personal information provided by the user, content, materials, products (including software) or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site, their servers, or electronic communications sent from ENCHANTED are free of viruses and other harmful components. ENCHANTED will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site and provided by the user, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing. If such damages occur, the user acknowledges and agrees that the company is not responsible for any damages caused to any electronic devices and the user.
  • 3.4 Refunds. Are considered according to the ticket refund policy of the company by the general provisions and terms stated here. Refund requests should be made in writing to [email protected]
  • 3.5 Damaged tickets, ticket theft and losses. The user hereby agrees and acknowledges that ENCHANTED VIP Co., Ltd will not be responsible and liable in any way for damages arising from damaged tickets, ticket theft and losses.

  1. Links to Other Websites

The website contains links to other websites not under the company’s control. Therefore, the user acknowledges and agrees that the company is not responsible for any of the contents shown on those websites and for any damage that may occur from visiting those websites.

  1. Personal Information

The personal information of the user, mentioned in 2.2 and 2.3, will be maintained according to the company’s privacy policies as stated in the PRIVACY POLICY.

  1. Rights of the Company

  • 6.1 The company is entitled to correct, change or cancel its terms and conditions, ticket disclaimer or agreements without informing the user in advance and compensating them for any damages should they arise due to such change. Ticket prices and availability are subject to change. All purchases are final. There are no refunds unless the event is cancelled.
  • 6.2 The user agrees and accepts that the trademark, content, idea, presentation style, and software developed and used to provide the service on this website are protected by applicable IP law.
  • 6.3 All contents shown on the website are under copyright law. The user can use the contents to support the use of the website services only.
  • 6.4 You consent to be included in any photography, film and/or sound recordings of the event or its surroundings and for these recordings to be used by us for any future event marketing and promotional purposes.

  1. Safety & Security

  • 7.1 For the user’s safety/security and that of others, the user agrees to fully cooperate and follow instructions and policies announced by the company and VENUE to enter and remain in the event. Failure to do so will result in denial of entry or removal from the event. The user agrees that there will be no compensation from the company and VENUE in any way or form under any circumstances.
  • 7.2 For the user’s safety and security, the user agrees to allow the company and VENUE to conduct everyday procedural safety and security checks with the user’s full cooperation. In addition, the company and venue reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to deny entry or remove any user, his/her groups or affiliated attendees without any form of compensation, if it has been found that:
    • 7.2.1 The user or his group have purchased tickets from unofficial ticket distributors. The user agrees that the company has the sole right to determine the legitimacy of the ticket distributor(s). The user must check with the company to confirm whether a distributor is official.
    • 7.2.2 The user is found to have a threatening and illegal item and is deemed to be a threat to the safety of others, unduly under the influence of alcohol, under the influence of any drug, or is in violation of the venue’s regular terms and conditions of admission (“door policy”). The venue will determine the right of entry, including the applicable dress code at the point of entry, following its nominal policies. No refunds will be given for failure to comply with the door policy or terms of access.
    • 7.2.3 The user is found to be underage (20) and attempting to enter a venue where such entrance is prohibited by Thai law.
    • 7.2.4 Under 7.2.3, users or attendees in table groups cannot provide official proof of age or picture identification to the satisfaction of venue entrance staff and in adherence with door policy.
    • 7.2.5 Anyone who forges, attempts to forge or uses another person’s identification documents as their own may be committing a criminal offence and referred to the Royal Thai Police.
  • 7.3 The user agrees that the company is not held liable and responsible for any valuables or belongings lost, damaged, or stolen at any event.
  • 7.4 The user agrees that the company is not held liable and responsible in any way or form for any form of damages to the user that arises from but is not limited to, terrorism, disturbances, protests, riots, and force majeure.

  1. Miscellaneous

  • 8.1 The user agrees not to resell, exchange, duplicate, or trade tickets, QR codes or any other form of event entry device/data for admittance as provided by the company or venue. Any violation or attempt to violate may result in the user’s denial of entry or removal from the venue.
  • 8.2 The company and VENUE reserve the right to deny user entry if the user is found to possess any prohibited or unlawful items. These items include but are not limited to, weapons of any kind, commercial audio and video recording devices, illegal substances, drugs, and fireworks.
  • 8.3 Events will go ahead, “rain or shine.” No refunds will be made if you choose not to attend for any reason, due to inclement weather or if your journey to the event is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The terms and conditions under this agreement and any other terms and conditions and arrangements created by the company that appear on this website are governed by Thai law.

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขทั่วไป

ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขทั่วไปที่ใช้ในข้อตกลงนี้ “ENCHANTED” “ENCHANTED VIP”, http://www.enchanted.vip/, “บริษัท” “ผู้สนับสนุนกิจกรรม” และ “เว็บไซต์” หมายถึง ENCHANTED VIP Co., Ltd หรือใดๆ บริษัทในเครือ (รวมถึงสถานที่)

“ลูกค้า” “ผู้ใช้บริการ” “ผู้ซื้อ” “สมาชิกออนไลน์” “สมาชิกที่ลงทะเบียน” “ผู้ซื้อ” “ผู้ซื้อ (หลายคน)” “ท่าน” และ “ผู้เข้าร่วม” หมายถึงผู้ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์

  1. ข้อตกลงทั่วไป

ENCHANTED VIP Co., Ltd จัดทำเซเคียวเว็บไซต์อินเทอร์เน็ต (จากนี้ไปเรียกว่า “เว็บไซต์”) เพื่อให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรม ศิลปิน การจองตั๋ว และการซื้อตั๋วสำหรับลูกค้า การใช้เว็บไซต์นี้อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของข้อตกลงนี้ ดังนั้น ผู้ใช้บริการควรทำความคุ้นเคยกับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของข้อตกลงนี้อย่างละเอียดถี่ถ้วน ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดโดยเข้าสู่เว็บไซต์นี้

  1. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้บริการ

2.1 บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการอนุญาตเฉพาะผู้ใช้บริการที่ลงทะเบียนสมาชิกหรือกรอกข้อมูลที่จำเป็น* เพื่อทำการจองตั๋วหรือซื้อตั๋ว

2.2 ผู้ใช้บริการต้องให้ข้อมูลส่วนตัวที่เป็นปัจจุบัน ถูกต้อง และครบถ้วนเมื่อทำการจองหรือซื้อบัตรโดยสาร

2.3 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงและอัพเดทข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ระบุใน 2.2 เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าข้อมูลนั้นถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน

2.4 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงที่จะรับผิดชอบอย่างเต็มที่ในการป้องกันและความสมบูรณ์ของตั๋ว จากเหตุใดๆ ก็ตามที่จะก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่บัตร

2.5 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงที่จะเก็บข้อมูล ชื่อบัญชี รหัสผ่านและอื่นๆ เป็นความลับ หากผู้ใช้บริการให้หรืออนุญาตบุคคลอื่นใดให้ใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และ/หรือ ชื่อบัญชีการเข้าใช้และรหัสผ่าน สำหรับวัตถุประสงค์อื่นใด ให้ถือว่า การใช้งานดังกล่าวเป็นการใช้งานเสมือนโดยผู้ใช้บริการนั้นเอง และถือว่าเป็นข้อผูกพันทางกฎหมายสำหรับผู้ใช้บริการภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย

2.6 หากผู้ใช้บริการใช้สิทธิ์ในลักษณะที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้ใช้บริการรายอื่น ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงที่จะรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายดังกล่าวเต็มจำนวน

2.7 ห้ามผู้ใช้บริการที่อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีซื้อบัตรโดยสาร ทำการจองด้วยตนเองหรือในนามของผู้อื่น ผู้ใช้บริการต้องแสดงบัตรประชาชนหรือพาสปอร์ตเพื่อเข้าร่วมงาน ณ สถานที่จัดงานด้วย

2.8 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงว่าตั๋วทั้งหมดจะต้องไม่ถูกขายต่อ แลกเปลี่ยน เสนอขายเพื่อผลกำไร หรือใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการค้าใด ๆ โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากบริษัท

2.9 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงว่าตั๋วไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นของขวัญหรือค่าตอบแทนเป็นเงิน รวมถึงเครดิตส่งเสริมการขาย

2.10 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงว่าตั๋วสามารถใช้สำหรับการเข้าเท่านั้น และไม่รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงอาหารและเครื่องดื่มที่ ยกเว้นว่าถูกกำหนดไว้เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรโดยผู้จัดงานอีเว้นท์

2.11 ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับว่าการมาถึงล่าช้าหลังจากเวลาที่เขียนบนตั๋วและ/ หรือเวลาที่กำหนดการรับโต๊ะและสั่งเครื่องดื่มอาจถูกปฏิเสธไม่ให้เข้าโดยบริษัทหรือสถานที่ บริษัทสงวนสิทธิการคืนเงินไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ จากเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว

2.12 ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงว่าตั๋วจะถูกแลกกับสายรัดข้อมือเพื่อเข้างานด้วยการสแกน QR code เพียงครั้งเดียวที่หน้าประตูงาน เมื่อมีการสแกนแล้ว จะถือว่าตั๋วนั้น “ใช้แล้ว” และไม่สามารถสแกนซ้ำได้

2.13 ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงว่าต้องสวมสายรัดข้อมือตลอดระยะเวลาของอีเว้นท์ สายรัดข้อมือไม่สามารถถ่ายโอนได้ สายรัดข้อมือที่ถอดจากข้อมือหรือถูกดัดแปลงจะถือว่าใช้ไม่ได้และจะไม่ได้รับการเปลี่ยนใหม่ ท่านสามารถที่จะซื้อสายรัดข้อมือใหม่ได้ในราคา “บัตรผ่านประตู” ถ้าสถานที่จัดงานยังมีเนื้อที่ว่างพอ

  1. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ
    • เนื้อหา ถึงแม้ว่าบริษัทจะทำการตรวจสอบเนื้อหาและความสอดคล้องของเว็บไซต์อย่างสม่ำเสมอ แต่บริษัทไม่สามารถรับรองได้ว่าเนื้อหาเหล่านั้นจะถูกต้อง สมบูรณ์ หรือเป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ ดังนั้นบริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบใด ๆ ไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อมสำหรับข้อผิดพลาดและการละเว้น ความล่าช้าของการใช้งานข้อมูล และ/หรือ ความขัดข้องของการเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์ ไม่ว่าจะมีการบอกกล่าวโดยบุคคลใดหรือการชี้แนะมายังบริษัทว่ามีโอกาสที่จะเกิดปัญหาดังกล่าว
    • ความรับผิดชอบต่ออีเว้นท์และการบริการ ผู้ใช้บริการรับทราบว่าบริษัทไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดกับผู้ใช้บริการไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม
    • ระบบบริการ E&O. ผู้ใช้บริการรับทราบและตกลงว่าบริษัทไม่สามารถรับประกันได้ว่าการใช้งานของเว็บไซต์นี้จะเป็นผล รวดเร็ว ปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด แทรกแซง และ/หรือ การขัดจังหวะ หรือการปล่อยมลพิษ ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงว่าบริษัทไม่สามารถรับรองได้ว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ผู้ใช้บริการให้ไว้ เนื้อหา วัสดุ ผลิตภัณฑ์ (รวมถึงซอฟต์แวร์) หรือบริการใดๆ ที่รวมอยู่ในหรือให้บริการแก่คุณผ่านไซต์นี้ เซิร์ฟเวอร์ หรือการสื่อสารทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ส่งจาก ENCHANTED นั้นปราศจากไวรัสและส่วนประกอบที่เป็นอันตรายอื่นๆ ENCHANTEDจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้ไซต์นี้หรือจากข้อมูล เนื้อหา วัสดุ ผลิตภัณฑ์ (รวมถึงซอฟต์แวร์) หรือบริการใด ๆ ที่รวมอยู่ในหรือให้บริการแก่คุณผ่านไซต์นี้และจัดหาโดยผู้ใช้บริการ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเฉพาะความเสียหายทางตรง ทางอ้อม โดยบังเอิญ การลงโทษ และผลที่ตามมา เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร หากความเสียหายดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้น ผู้ใช้บริการรับทราบและตกลงว่าบริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดกับอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์และผู้ใช้บริการ
    • การคืนเงิน ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงว่าการซื้อทั้งหมดของท่านถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด จะไม่มีการคืนเงินเว้นแต่อีเว้นท์จะถูกยกเลิก ซึ่งนโยบายการคืนบัตรโดยสารจะถูกพิจารณาจากบริษัทตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขทั่วไปที่ระบุไว้ที่นี่เมื่อคำขอคืนเงินได้ถูกทำเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรไปที่[email protected] เท่านั้น
    • ตั๋วเสียหาย ตั๋วถูกขโมย และสูญหาย ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงและรับทราบว่า ENCHANTED VIP Co., Ltd จะไม่รับผิดชอบและรับผิดในทางใดๆ ต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดจากตั๋วที่เสียหาย การขโมยตั๋ว และการสูญหาย
  2. การเชื่อมต่อไปยังเว็บอื่น

เว็บไซต์นี้มีลิงค์ที่เชื่อมต่อไปยังเว็บไซต์อื่นที่ไม่อยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมดูแลของบริษัท ดังนั้น ผู้ใช้บริการรับทราบและตกลงว่าบริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหาใด ๆ ที่แสดงบนเว็บไซต์เหล่านั้นและ/หรือต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์เหล่านั้น

  1. ความเป็นส่วนตัว

ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการที่กล่าวถึงในข้อ 2.2 และ 2.3 จะได้รับการเก็บรักษาตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัทตามที่ระบุไว้ใน privacy policy

  1. สิทธิของบริษัท

6.1 บริษัทมีสิทธิ์แก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกข้อกำหนด เงื่อนไข ข้อตกลงใด ๆ และราคาตั๋ว/ จำนวนตั๋วที่พร้อมจำหน่าย โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้บริการทราบล่วงหน้า และ/หรือชดเชยผู้ใช้บริการสำหรับความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นเนื่องจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว

6.2 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงและยอมรับว่าเครื่องหมายการค้า เนื้อหา แนวคิด รูปแบบการนำเสนอ และซอฟต์แวร์ที่พัฒนาและใช้เพื่อให้บริการบนเว็บไซต์นี้ได้รับการคุ้มครองโดยกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาที่บังคับใช้ ดังนั้นห้ามผู้ใช้บริการทำซ้ำไม่ว่าบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด

6.3 เนื้อหาทั้งหมดที่แสดงบนเว็บไซต์นี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถใช้เนื้อหาเพื่อสนับสนุนการใช้บริการเว็บไซต์เท่านั้น

6.4 ผู้ใช้บริการ/ ผู้ร่วมงานอีเว้นท์ยอมรับและยินยอมให้มีภาพ/ เสียง/ และอื่นๆของท่านปรากฏรวมอยู่ในการถ่ายภาพ ภาพยนตร์ และ/หรือการบันทึกเสียงของงานหรือบรรยากาศโดยรวมของงาน และท่านได้ตกลงยินยอมให้บริษัทใช้การบันทึกเหล่านี้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการตลาดและการส่งเสริมการขายในอนาคตอย่างไม่มีเงื่อนไข

  1. ความปลอดภัย

7.1 เพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้บริการและของผู้อื่น ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงที่จะให้ความร่วมมืออย่างเต็มที่และปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำและนโยบายที่ประกาศโดยบริษัทและ/ หรือทางสถานที่จัดงานเพื่อเข้างานและอยู่ในอีเว้นท์นั้น หากไม่ปฏิบัติตามจะส่งผลให้ท่านถูกปฏิเสธไม่ให้เข้าร่วมงานหรือให้ออกจากงาน ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงว่าจะไม่มีการชดเชยใดๆ จากบริษัทและสถานที่จัดงานไม่ว่าด้วยวิธีใดหรือรูปแบบใดภายใต้สถานการณ์ใดๆ

7.2 เพื่อความปลอดภัยของท่าน ผู้ใช้บริการยินยอมให้ความร่วมมืออย่างเต็มที่ให้บริษัทและ/หรือทางสถานที่จัดงาน/เจ้าหน้าที่ของผู้จัดงาน ดำเนินการตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยและรักษาความปลอดภัยตามขั้นตอนประจำวัน นอกจากนี้ บริษัทและทางสถานที่จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์โดยตลอดเวลาและมีดุลพินิจของตนแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในการปฏิเสธการเข้าร่วมงาน หรือถอดถอนผู้ใช้บริการ กลุ่มของเขา/เธอ หรือผู้เข้าร่วมในเครือโดยไม่มีการชดเชยใด ๆ และ/ หรือบอกกล่าวใดๆ หากพบว่า:

7.2.1 ผู้ใช้บริการหรือกลุ่มของเขาได้ซื้อตั๋วจากผู้จัดจำหน่ายตั๋วที่ไม่เป็นทางการ ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงว่าบริษัทมีสิทธิ์แต่เพียงผู้เดียวในการพิจารณาความชอบธรรมของผู้จัดจำหน่ายตั๋ว ผู้ใช้บริการต้องตรวจสอบกับบริษัทเพื่อยืนยันว่าเป็นผู้จัดจำหน่ายอย่างเป็นทางการหรือไม่

7.2.2 ผู้ใช้บริการถูกพบว่ามีการครอบครองวัตถุที่เป็นอันตรายและ/ หรือเป็นภัยคุกคามและ/ หรือ ผิดกฎหมายและถือว่าเป็นภัยคุกคามต่อความปลอดภัยของผู้อื่น ผู้ใช้บริการถูกพบว่าอยู่ภายใต้อิทธิพลของแอลกอฮอล์เกินควรและ/ หรืออยู่ภายใต้อิทธิพลของยาเสพติดใด ๆ และ/ หรือละเมิดข้อกำหนดปกติของสถานที่ และเงื่อนไขการเข้าสถานที่นั้นๆ (“นโยบายตรวจสอบหน้าประตู”) ทางสถานที่จะกำหนดสิทธิ์ในการเข้างาน รวมถึงการแต่งกายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ณ จุดเข้างาน ตามนโยบายที่กำหนด จะไม่มีการคืนเงินหากไม่ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายประตูหรือข้อกำหนดในการเข้าถึง

7.2.3 ผู้ใช้บริการถูกพบว่ายังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะ (20) และพยายามที่จะเข้าสู่สถานที่ที่กฎหมายไทยห้ามไม่ให้เข้า

7.2.4 ภายใต้ข้อ 7.2.3 ผู้ใช้บริการหรือผู้เข้าร่วมในกลุ่มโต๊ะไม่สามารถแสดงหลักฐานยืนยันอายุหรือรูปภาพที่เป็นทางการเพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ทางเข้าสถานที่พึงพอใจและปฏิบัติตามนโยบายประตู

7.2.5 ผู้ใดปลอมแปลงหรือใช้เอกสารประจำตัวของผู้อื่นเป็นของตนเองอาจมีความผิดทางอาญาและจะถูกส่งเรื่องถึงสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ

7.3 ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงว่าบริษัทไม่ต้องรับผิดและรับผิดชอบต่อของมีค่าหรือทรัพย์สินใดๆ ที่สูญหาย เสียหาย หรือถูกขโมยไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ

7.4 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงว่าบริษัทไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบใดๆ ในทุกกรณี เมื่อผู้ใช้บริการได้รับความเสียหายจากการก่อการร้าย อุบัติเหตุ การทะเลาะวิวาท การประท้วง การจลาจล และเหตุสุดวิสัยทุกประการ แต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงเฉพาะกรณีดังกล่าว

  1. เบ็ดเตล็ด

8.1 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงที่จะไม่ขายต่อ แลกเปลี่ยน ทำซ้ำ ตั๋วและคิวอาร์โค้ดและสายรัดข้อมือเข้างาน หรืออุปกรณ์/ข้อมูลการป้อนข้อมูลรูปแบบอื่นใดที่ทางบริษัทได้จัดเตรียมไว้สำหรับการอนุญาติให้เข้างานอีเว้นท์ ณ สถานที่จัดงาน หากฝ่าฝืนหรือพยายามทำการละเมิดท่านจะถูกตรวจสอบ และอาจส่งผลให้ผู้ใช้บริการถูกปฏิเสธการเข้างานในทันทีและ/ หรือท่านต้องออกจากงานอีเว้นท์ทันที

8.2 บริษัทและทางสถานที่จัดงาน ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการเข้าใช้งานของผู้ใช้บริการ หากพบว่าผู้ใช้บริการมีสิ่งของต้องห้ามหรือผิดกฎหมาย รายการเหล่านี้รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง อาวุธทุกชนิด อุปกรณ์บันทึกเสียงและวิดีโอเชิงพาณิชย์ สารผิดกฎหมาย ยาเสพติด และดอกไม้ไฟ

8.3 อีเว้นท์จะดำเนินต่อไป ไม่ว่าสภาพอากาศจะ “ฝนตกหรือแดดออก” ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกว่าจะไม่มีการคืนเงินใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น หากท่านเลือกที่จะไม่เข้าร่วมเนื่องจากสภาพอากาศไม่เอื้ออำนวยหรือหากการเดินทางไปที่งานของคุณล่าช้าเนื่องจากเหตุสุดวิสัย

  1. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและเขตอำนาจศาล

ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขภายใต้ข้อตกลงนี้และข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงอื่น ๆ ที่สร้างขึ้นโดยบริษัทที่ปรากฏบนเว็บไซต์นี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทยและไม่ขัดต่อกฎหมาย
