General Provisions
UPDATED 22.10.26.As used in this agreement, “ENCHANTED,” “ENCHANTED VIP”, http://www.enchanted.vip/, “company,” “event promoter”, and “website” refers to ENCHANTED VIP Co., Ltd or any of its affiliates (including venues).“Customer,” “service user,” “purchaser,” “online members,” “registered members,” “buyer,” “buyer(s)”, “himself/herself,” and “attendee” refer to the website user.(Please note that a Ticket Purchase Disclaimer is included within these terms and conditions).The Thai language version follows below.As used in this agreement, the general terms and conditions used in this agreement apply to the use of the service/purchase of tickets and participation in activities of, or related to, “ENCHANTED,” “THE TITANS CONCERT,” “ENCHANTED VIP”, https://enchanted.vip/, https://enchantedfest.com/, “company,” “event promoter”, and “website” refers to ENCHANTED VIP Co., Ltd or any of its affiliates (including venues). Hereinafter called “Access and Use”. By your access and use, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of use specified by the Company in all respects.“Customer,” “service user,” “purchaser,” “online members,” “registered members,” “buyer,” “buyer(s)”, “himself/herself,” and “attendee” hereinafter referred to as “you” have acknowledged and agreed to accept these general terms of use and conditions in all respects.If you have any questions, please send them to Enchanted VIP Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).This website must be used for personal benefit only. You must not use automatic programs on the Internet (Internet bots) or Web crawler software or attempt to do so in any way (whether manual or automated) to monitor or copy content on this website. You must not interfere with the operation of the website.General Agreement for using services/purchasing tickets using the website http://www.enchanted.vip/ENCHANTED VIP Co., Ltd provides a secure internet website (from now on called “website”) to provide information on events, artists, ticket reservations and ticket purchasing for its customers. The use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The user should, therefore, thoroughly familiarise with the terms and conditions of this agreement. The user accepts and agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions by using the service/purchasing tickets or entering this website.1. Duties and responsibilities of the User1.1 The company reserves the right to allow only registered members or users who provide required fields* to make ticket reservations or purchase tickets (in the case of selling on the company’s website).
If tickets are sold through an authorised distributor(s), you must register and accept all conditions of the ticket distributor(s).1.2 The user must provide current, accurate, and complete personal information when making ticket reservations or purchases.1.3 The user agrees to change and update the personal information specified in 1.2 to ensure that it is correct and current.1.4 The user agrees to take full responsibility for the protection and integrity of the ticket.1.5 You agree to keep your personal information, account name, password, etc. confidential. If you provide or allow any other person to use your personal information and/or account name and password for any other purpose, such use shall be deemed virtual use by you and is considered a legal obligation for service users under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.1.6 If the user exercises the rights in such a way that causes damage to other users, the user agrees to be liable for such damage.1.7 If you have already paid for goods and services to the company/authorised ticket distributors, your ticket order is completed and cannot be refunded or cancelled.1.8 Ticket holders must present valid government ID at the venue as proof of age or will be refused admission.1.9 The user agrees that all tickets must not be resold, exchanged, offered for sale for profit, or used for any commercial purposes without the company’s explicit written consent.1.10 The user agrees that the ticket cannot be exchanged for gifts or monetary compensation, including promotional credits, without the company’s written consent.1.11 The user agrees that the ticket can only be used for entry and only includes, with limitations, food and beverage, if stipulated.1.12 Tickets can be redeemed once only at the venue door via a QR code scan in exchange for a wristband (where applicable) to gain access to the event. Once scanned, the ticket is deemed to be “used.” It cannot be reused.1.13a Wristbands (where applicable) must be worn for the duration of the event. Wristbands are non-transferable. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and not replaced. New wristbands can be purchased, subject to venue capacity, at the “door ticket” price.1.13b In any case, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from social media or unauthorised ticket resellers (Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree, etc.). These tickets may not be valid for admission to the show, and we do not encourage the purchase of tickets through unauthorised third parties.1.14 Requesting a tax invoice (as specified by the authorized ticketing distributors):

Issuing tax invoices: The issuance of tax invoices will be divided into two parts as follows;Part 1: Tax invoice for performance ticket fee. The organiser is responsible for issuing tax invoices and sending them to customers via email only. This e-tax invoice can be used in normal business with government agencies like a printed tax invoice.Part 2: Tax invoice of service charge: The authorized ticket distributor issues tax invoices and delivers them to customers according to the channels specified in the distributor’s ticket sales.
Therefore, you will not receive the tax invoice at the same time.
Details for requesting a tax invoice are as follows:
1. Order number or details on the ticket (picture of the front of the ticket, back of the ticket)
2. Name, address, and tax identification number for issuing tax invoices
3. Email address
4. Send all details to via contact form.2. Rights of the Company2.1 The company is entitled to correct, change or cancel its terms and conditions, ticket price/available ticket on sale/disclaimer or agreements without informing the user in advance and compensating them for any damages should they arise due to such change. Ticket prices and availability are subject to change. All purchases are final. There are no refunds unless the event is cancelled.The company reserves the right to change the performance, show times, and other information. Hence, the Company recommends always checking event details as they are subject to change.The company reserves the right to stop providing service or change the website and others, in whole or in part, at its own discretion without prior notice.2.2 The company is not responsible for damages caused by user errors.2.3 The user agrees and accepts that the trademark, content, idea, presentation style, and software developed and used to provide the service on this website are protected by applicable IP law.2.4 All content on the website is protected by copyright law. The user can use the contents only to support the use of the website services.2.5 You consent to be included in any photography, film and sound recordings of the event or its surroundings and for these recordings to be used by us for any future event marketing and promotional purposes.3. Limitation of Liability3.1 Damaged tickets, ticket theft, and losses. The user hereby agrees and acknowledges that ENCHANTED VIP Co., Ltd will not be responsible or liable in any way for damages arising from damaged tickets, ticket theft, and losses.3.2 Content: Although the company regularly conducts review(s) on the website’s contents and consistency, it cannot assure that those contents will always be correct, complete, or up to date. Therefore, the company will not take any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for errors and omissions.
The company reserves the right to change or edit content without prior notice.3.3 Users expressly acknowledge and agree that the company is not responsible for any action of third parties. (including public figures/sponsors/agents, etc.) such as claims, hashtags, scams, or anything that may cause misunderstandings/damage to others/companies and our events.3.4 Users expressly acknowledge and agree that the company is not responsible for products or services sold with the event, at the event or venue, or else that is not the company’s copyrighted product in all respects.3.5 Service System E&O.
The user acknowledges that the company, despite its best efforts, cannot always ensure usage free from error, interruptions or emissions. The user agrees that the company cannot assure that personal information provided by the user, content, materials, products (including software) or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site, their servers, or electronic communications sent from ENCHANTED are free of viruses and other harmful components. ENCHANTED will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site and provided by the user, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing. If such damages occur, the user acknowledges and agrees that the company is not responsible for any damages caused to any electronic devices and the user.3.6 Links to Other Websites
The website contains links to other websites not under the company’s control. Therefore, the user acknowledges and agrees that the company is not responsible for the contents of those websites or for any damage that may occur from visiting those websites.3.7 The personal information of the user, mentioned in 2.2 and 2.3, will be maintained according to the company’s privacy policies as stated in the PRIVACY POLICY.4. For the user’s safety/security and that of others, the user agrees to look after their own health, fully cooperate and follow instructions and policies announced by the company and VENUE to enter and remain in the event. Failure to do so will result in denial of entry or removal from the event. The user agrees that there will be no compensation from the company and VENUE in any way or form under health and safety circumstances.5. For the user’s safety and security, the user agrees to allow the company and VENUE to conduct everyday procedural safety and security checks with the user’s full cooperation. In addition, the company and venue reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to deny entry or remove any user, his/her groups or affiliated attendees without any form of compensation if it has been found that:5.1 The user or his group have purchased tickets from unofficial ticket distributors. The user agrees that the company has the sole right to determine the legitimacy of the ticket distributor(s). The user must check with the company to confirm whether a distributor is official.5.2 The user is found to have a threatening and illegal item and is deemed to be a threat to the safety of others, unduly under the influence of alcohol, under the influence of any drug, or is in violation of the venue’s regular terms and conditions of admission (“door policy”). The venue will determine the right of entry, including the applicable dress code at the point of entry, following its nominal policies. No refunds will be given for failure to comply with the door policy or terms of access.5.3 The user is found to be underage (20) and attempting to enter a venue where such entrance/ alcohol consumption is prohibited by Thai law.5.4 Under 5.3, users or attendees in table groups cannot provide official proof of age or picture identification to the satisfaction of venue entrance staff and in adherence with door policy.5.5 Anyone who forges, attempts to forge or uses another person’s identification documents as their own may be committing a criminal offence and referred to the Royal Thai Police.6. The user agrees that the company is not held liable and responsible for any valuables or belongings lost, damaged, or stolen at any event.7. The user agrees that the company is not liable or responsible in any way for damages to the user that arise from terrorism, disturbances, protests, riots, and force majeure.8. Miscellaneous
8.1 The user agrees not to resell, exchange, duplicate, or trade tickets, QR codes or any other form of event entry device/data for admittance as provided by the company or venue. Any violation or attempt to violate may result in the user’s denial of entry or removal from the venue.8.2 The company and VENUE reserve the right to deny user entry if the user is found to possess any prohibited or unlawful items. These items include, but are not limited to, weapons of any kind, commercial audio and video recording devices, illegal substances, drugs, and fireworks.8.3 Events will go ahead, “rain or shine.” No refunds will be made if you choose not to attend for any reason, due to inclement weather or if your journey to the event is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.8.4 Thai law governs the terms and conditions under this agreement and any other terms and conditions and arrangements created by the company that appear on this website.If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, the remaining terms and conditions are still in full force and effect and do not affect the validity of the contract and these terms and conditions.9. If the show is postponed, you can return the ticket only during the time and details specified by the company. The Company will determine the ticket refund policy per the general terms and conditions stated here only when a refund request is made in writing to [email protected]
The company will refund the customer the amount paid for the ticket only, with a waiver of service fees and other fees.10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions under this Agreement and any other terms and conditions and agreements created by the Company appearing on this website are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and are not contrary to law.

1.1 บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการอนุญาตเฉพาะท่านที่ลงทะเบียนสมาชิกหรือกรอกข้อมูลที่จำเป็น* เพื่อทำการจองตั๋วหรือซื้อตั๋ว (กรณีเปิดขายในเว็บไซต์ของบริษัท)ในกรณีที่มีการจำหน่ายบัตรผ่านตัวแทนจำหน่าย ท่านต้องลงทะเบียนและยอมรับตามเงื่อนไขของตัวแทนจำหน่ายบัตรทุกประการ1.2 ท่านต้องให้ข้อมูลส่วนตัวที่เป็นปัจจุบัน ถูกต้อง และครบถ้วนเมื่อทำการจองหรือซื้อบัตรท่านตกลงที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงและอัพเดทข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ระบุใน 2 เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าข้อมูลนั้นถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
1.4 ท่านตกลงที่จะรับผิดชอบอย่างเต็มที่ในการป้องกันและความสมบูรณ์ของบัตร จากเหตุใดๆ ก็ตามที่จะก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่บัตรท่านตกลงที่จะเก็บข้อมูล ชื่อบัญชี รหัสผ่านและอื่นๆ เป็นความลับ หากท่านให้หรืออนุญาตบุคคลอื่นใดให้ใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และ/หรือ ชื่อบัญชีการเข้าใช้และรหัสผ่าน สำหรับวัตถุประสงค์อื่นใด ให้ถือว่า การใช้งานดังกล่าวเป็นการใช้งานเสมือนโดยท่านนั้นเอง และถือว่าเป็นข้อผูกพันทางกฎหมายสำหรับผู้ใช้บริการภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย
หากท่านใช้สิทธิ์ในลักษณะที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้ใช้บริการรายอื่น ท่านตกลงที่จะรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายดังกล่าวเต็มจำนวน
การสั่งซื้อบัตรที่สมบูรณ์แล้ว หมายถึงท่านได้ชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการแก่ทางบริษัท/ ตัวแทนจำหน่ายบัตรเรียบร้อยแล้ว ไม่สามารถคืนเงินหรือยกเลิกได้
ผู้ใช้บริการต้องแสดงบัตรประชาชนหรือพาสปอร์ตเพื่อเข้าร่วมงาน ณ สถานที่จัดงานด้วย
ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงว่าบัตรทั้งหมดจะต้องไม่ถูกขายต่อ แลกเปลี่ยน เสนอขายเพื่อผลกำไร หรือใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการค้าใด ๆ โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากบริษัท
ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงว่าบัตรไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นของขวัญหรือค่าตอบแทนเป็นเงิน รวมถึงเครดิตส่งเสริมการขาย โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากบริษัท
ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงว่าบัตรสามารถใช้สำหรับการเข้าเท่านั้น และไม่รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงอาหารและเครื่องดื่มที่ ยกเว้นว่าถูกกำหนดไว้เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรโดยผู้จัดงานอีเว้นท์
ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงว่าบัตรจะถูกแลกกับสายรัดข้อมือ (ถ้ามี) เพื่อเข้างานด้วยการสแกน QR code เพียงครั้งเดียวที่หน้าประตูงาน เมื่อมีการสแกนแล้ว จะถือว่าบัตรนั้น “ใช้แล้ว” และไม่สามารถสแกนซ้ำได้
ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงว่าต้องสวมสายรัดข้อมือ (ถ้ามี) ตลอดระยะเวลาของอีเว้นท์ สายรัดข้อมือไม่สามารถถ่ายโอนได้ สายรัดข้อมือที่ถอดจากข้อมือหรือถูกดัดแปลงจะถือว่าใช้ไม่ได้และจะไม่ได้รับการเปลี่ยนใหม่ ท่านสามารถที่จะซื้อสายรัดข้อมือใหม่ได้ในราคา “บัตรผ่านประตู” ถ้าสถานที่จัดงานยังมีเนื้อที่ว่างพอ
ไม่ว่าจะในกรณีใดก็ตาม เราไม่แนะนำให้คุณซื้อบัตรเข้าชมจาก โซเชียลมีเดียหรือจากตัวแทนจำหน่ายบัตรเข้าชมการแสดงที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต (Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree เป็นต้น บัตรเข้าชมเหล่านี้อาจไม่สามารถใช้เข้าชมการแสดงได้ และ เราไม่สนับสนุนให้ซื้อบัตรเข้าชมผ่านตัวแทนบุคคลที่สามที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
การขอใบกำกับภาษี (ตามที่ระบุในช่องทางการขายบัตรอย่างเป็นทางการ)
กรุณาแจ้งขอใบกำกับภาษี ภายในวันที่สั่งซื้อบัตรการออกใบกำกับภาษี จะแบ่งการออกใบกำกับภาษีออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ดังนี้ส่วนที่ 1 ใบกำกับภาษี ค่าบัตรการแสดง โดยทางผู้จัดงานเป็นผู้ดูแลออกใบกำกับภาษี และ จัดส่งใบกำกับภาษีให้ลูกค้าทางอีเมลเท่านั้น ซึ่งท่านสามารถนำไปใช้ในกิจการกับหน่วยราชการได้ปกติ เสมือนใบพิมพ์ส่วนที่ 2 ใบกำกับภาษี ค่าบริการ โดยทางตัวแทนจำหน่ายบัตร เป็นดูแลออกใบกำกับภาษี และ จัดส่งใบกำกับภาษีให้ลูกค้าตามช่องทางที่ระบุในการจำหน่ายบัตรของตัวแทนจำหน่ายบัตรดังนั้น ท่านจะได้รับใบกำกับภาษีไม่พร้อมกันรายละเอียดการขอใบกำกับภาษี ดังนี้หมายเลขการสั่งซื้อ หรือ รายละเอียดบนบัตร (รูปหน้าบัตร หลังบัตร )

เพื่อความปลอดภัยของท่าน ผู้ใช้บริการยินยอมให้ความร่วมมืออย่างเต็มที่ให้บริษัทและ/หรือทางสถานที่จัดงาน/เจ้าหน้าที่ของผู้จัดงาน ดำเนินการตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยและรักษาความปลอดภัยตามขั้นตอนประจำวัน นอกจากนี้ บริษัทและทางสถานที่จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์โดยตลอดเวลาและมีดุลพินิจของตนแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในการปฏิเสธการเข้าร่วมงาน หรือถอดถอนผู้ใช้บริการ กลุ่มของเขา/เธอ หรือผู้เข้าร่วมในเครือโดยไม่มีการชดเชยใด ๆ และ/ หรือบอกกล่าวใดๆ หากพบว่า:
5.1 ผู้ใช้บริการหรือกลุ่มของเขาได้ซื้อบัตรจากผู้จัดจำหน่ายบัตรที่ไม่เป็นทางการ ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงว่าบริษัทมีสิทธิ์แต่เพียงผู้เดียวในการพิจารณาความชอบธรรมของผู้จัดจำหน่ายบัตร ผู้ใช้บริการต้องตรวจสอบกับบริษัทเพื่อยืนยันว่าเป็นผู้จัดจำหน่ายอย่างเป็นทางการหรือไม่5.2 ผู้ใช้บริการถูกพบว่ามีการครอบครองวัตถุที่เป็นอันตรายและ/ หรือเป็นภัยคุกคามและ/ หรือ ผิดกฎหมายและถือว่าเป็นภัยคุกคามต่อความปลอดภัยของผู้อื่น ผู้ใช้บริการถูกพบว่าอยู่ภายใต้อิทธิพลของแอลกอฮอล์เกินควรและ/ หรืออยู่ภายใต้อิทธิพลของยาเสพติดใด ๆ และ/ หรือละเมิดข้อกำหนดปกติของสถานที่ และเงื่อนไขการเข้าสถานที่นั้นๆ (“นโยบายตรวจสอบหน้าประตู”) ทางสถานที่จะกำหนดสิทธิ์ในการเข้างาน รวมถึงการแต่งกายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ณ จุดเข้างาน ตามนโยบายที่กำหนด จะไม่มีการคืนเงินหากไม่ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายประตูหรือข้อกำหนดในการเข้าถึง5.3 ผู้ใช้บริการถูกพบว่ายังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะ (20) และพยายามที่จะเข้าสู่สถานที่ที่กฎหมายไทยห้ามไม่ให้เข้าหรือพยายามที่จะซื้อสินค้ากลุ่มแอลกอฮอล์5.4 ภายใต้ข้อ 5.3 ผู้ใช้บริการหรือผู้เข้าร่วมในกลุ่มไม่สามารถแสดงหลักฐานยืนยันอายุหรือรูปภาพที่เป็นทางการเพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ทางเข้าสถานที่พึงพอใจและปฏิบัติตามนโยบายประตู5.5 ผู้ใดปลอมแปลงหรือใช้เอกสารประจำตัวของผู้อื่นเป็นของตนเองอาจมีความผิดทางอาญาและจะถูกส่งเรื่องถึงสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงว่าบริษัทไม่ต้องรับผิดและรับผิดชอบต่อของมีค่าหรือทรัพย์สินใดๆ ที่สูญหาย เสียหาย หรือถูกขโมยไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ
ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงว่าบริษัทไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบใดๆ ในทุกกรณี เมื่อผู้ใช้บริการได้รับความเสียหายจากการก่อการร้าย อุบัติเหตุ การทะเลาะวิวาท การประท้วง การจลาจล และเหตุสุดวิสัยทุกประการ แต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงเฉพาะกรณีดังกล่าว
เบ็ดเตล็ด
8.1 ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงที่จะไม่ขายต่อ แลกเปลี่ยน ทำซ้ำ ตั๋วและคิวอาร์โค้ดและสายรัดข้อมือเข้างาน หรืออุปกรณ์/ข้อมูลการป้อนข้อมูลรูปแบบอื่นใดที่ทางบริษัทได้จัดเตรียมไว้สำหรับการอนุญาติให้เข้างานอีเว้นท์ ณ สถานที่จัดงาน หากฝ่าฝืนหรือพยายามทำการละเมิดท่านจะถูกตรวจสอบ และอาจส่งผลให้ผู้ใช้บริการถูกปฏิเสธการเข้างานในทันทีและ/ หรือท่านต้องออกจากงานอีเว้นท์ทันที8.2 บริษัทและทางสถานที่จัดงาน ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการเข้าใช้งานของผู้ใช้บริการ หากพบว่าผู้ใช้บริการมีสิ่งของต้องห้ามหรือผิดกฎหมาย รายการเหล่านี้รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง อาวุธทุกชนิด อุปกรณ์บันทึกเสียงและวิดีโอเชิงพาณิชย์ สารผิดกฎหมาย ยาเสพติด และดอกไม้ไฟ8.3 อีเว้นท์จะดำเนินต่อไป ไม่ว่าสภาพอากาศจะ “ฝนตกหรือแดดออก” ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกว่าจะไม่มีการคืนเงินใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น หากท่านเลือกที่จะไม่เข้าร่วมเนื่องจากสภาพอากาศไม่เอื้ออำนวยหรือหากการเดินทางไปที่งานของคุณล่าช้าเนื่องจากเหตุสุดวิสัย
